Believing she has the best job in the world, Susan Clark is an inspiring and intuitive facilitator. Guiding with an enthusiastic style and a willingness to be authentic, she creates a trusting environment that supports break-through changes in attitudes and behavior for her clients. As fresh perspectives translate into clearer choices, goals once thought to be impossible are easily achieved.

Susan's reputation for finding the positive in situations and people caused her to be profiled in the book "Spark, Ten Secrets to Living a Life You Love," by Doug Mendenhall.

With degrees in Business and Psychology from Linfield College, Susan feeds the spirit as well as the bottom line with a rich understanding of human behavior and 10 years of real-world management experience.

With more than 25 years of management experience, John Chapman works closely with individuals as they wrestle personal challenges to effect transformation, mirroring their discoveries to facilitate progress. John is particularly skilled at opening others' eyes to their natural energy and innate value, and dedicates much of his time to the development of key leaders and the organizations they strive to improve.

John has been featured in books such as "Black Belt Management" and "Spark" because of his ability to bring together organizational energy in ways that enable competitive results, help people become more purposeful, and enhance cross-group relationships.

With a degree in Electrical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, John is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the field of Nuclear Engineering.

Judy Clarke has over 20 years of experience in consulting and facilitation. She has developed long-term relationships with her clients, helping them develop strategies for success and problem solving. She’s known as a “straight shooter” who can get to the heart of issues and build collaboration, helping individuals and diverse groups see new possibilities.

A vibrant, caring, and motivating person, Judy offers exceptional skills in executive coaching and in all areas of communication, including conflict resolution. Her belief in win-win solutions has resulted in lasting, organization-wide improvements.

Judy earned her B.S. and M.Ed. in Counseling from Lewis and Clark College. She is certified as a Myers-Briggs facilitator.

Brianna Booth embraces people as they are and inspires their highest functioning. She has a knack for creatively opening minds to new perspectives by asking insightful questions and helping people feel safe in their journey of positive self discovery. With a degree in Psychology from Whitman College, Brianna found her passion in positive psychology and has a deep appreciation for human potential.

An accomplished writer and editor, JoAnn Hogue reaches deeply to interpret nuance and inspire written communications in her own and others’ work. Bringing a background in graphic design and print production, she has worked for Apple Computer and Air Liquide America, among others. Her travels around the West have encouraged frequent social adaptation, giving her a rich understanding of personal diversity and complexity, and it is from this place that she so strongly supports the work of heartspark. In addition to her personal work, JoAnn is publisher of a monthly trade magazine based in the Northwest.

As a professional organizer, Felisa Schneider specializes in catering to the needs of clients and offers heartspark a personalized, self-sustaining administrative support system.

With a degree from Smith College in Massachusetts, a background in administrative support at the executive level and a passion for salsa dancing, she has the unique ability to choreograph order and beauty by creating efficient paperflow and administrative systems.
