Where To Go

heartspark™ is located in the Eastbank Commerce Center (EBCC) on the east side of the Morrison Bridge on SE Water Avenue between Yamhill and Taylor. Finding the building is fairly easy. Finding the front door sometimes is not. From Water Avenue, turn west (toward the river) on Taylor Street. The EBCC is a U-shaped building and a right turn off of Taylor will take you to the inside of the U and the front door.

Guest Parking Options

U-Park Lot

We suggest you park here during heartspark programs.

Directions: Drive one block south of the Eastbank Commerce Center and turn west on Salmon. Continue on for one block and turn left into the U-Park lot.

• Cash, Visa and MasterCard accepted. No change is given.
• Pay at the machine and put the ticket on your dash.

Eastbank Commerce Center Visitor Parking

There are limited 1-hour visitor parking spaces available.

Directions: From Water Avenue, turn west on Taylor alongside the building. Go to the end of the building and turn right.

• Visitor parking is limited to 1 hour (strictly enforced)
• Park only in the spaces marked "Visitor" (center island) and sign in at the reception desk in the lobby

On Street Parking

On-street spaces that indicate "Permit Parking Only" are available to you without permit for up to 2 hours.

Bike Parking

There is a bike rack to the right of the main entrance of the Eastbank Commerce Center. From Water Avenue, turn west onto Taylor, go to the end of the building and turn right into the employee parking area.
